Refund and Returns Policy for Digital Products

Because our products are intangible digital goods delivered electronically via instant download and email, standard return policies for physical goods do not apply once digital delivery has occurred.

1. Nature of Digital Goods & Instant One-Time Delivery

Digital items—including WordPress plugins, themes, Canva design bundles, Excel business templates, video reels packs, and software license keys—are instantly accessible upon purchase. Once digital assets, download links, or license files have been accessed or downloaded, they cannot be physically returned. In line with international consumer standards for digital content, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable once the files or license keys have been downloaded or accessed.

2. Download Tracking & Proof of Fulfillment

To protect both customers and our business against fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorized claims, Shop Mediaofficers implements an automated Digital Download Tracking System. When you access or download files from our portal, the system logs:

• Exact date and time (timestamp) of each download event
• Customer account email and Order ID
• Customer IP address and browser user-agent
• Total download count per product license

This cryptographic log serves as conclusive proof of electronic fulfillment and delivery. Any refund request or payment dispute opened for an order where download logs confirm file access will be contested with this audit trail.

3. Eligible Technical Support & Exceptional Replacement Scenarios

While refunds are strictly excluded once downloaded, our dedicated technical team guarantees that you receive fully working, operable assets:

• Technical Assistance & Replacement: If a downloadable file is corrupted or an official plugin license fails to activate, our technical desk will provide immediate replacement files or assist with direct setup within 24 to 48 hours.
• Non-Delivery of Access: If a server error prevented your download link from being generated and our support team cannot provide manual access within 24 hours of notice, a full refund will be granted (provided no download has occurred).
• Accidental Duplicate Charge: If our payment processor billed you twice for the same single transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon verification.

4. Non-Eligible Scenarios (Strictly No Refunds)

Refunds cannot be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of personal need after completing the order.
• Lack of required third-party software (e.g. buying an Excel template without spreadsheet software, or a WordPress plugin without a WordPress hosting environment).
• Suspension or limitations placed on your personal third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Meta, or Canva) unrelated to our assets.
